College Basketball Pick of the Day - 8 Nov

This season, in addition to my regular college basketball picks and rankings, I will also be picking one team each day that I feel very confident will win that day. I will pick these teams elimination style, meaning that once I pick a team, I cannot pick them again during the season. I will also only pick a team that is playing another Division I opponent, just to make it a little more fair.
