The Philadelphia 76ers have been making a strong move over the past several weeks, and they are now up to #3 in my overall rankings, and projected to finish at #3 in the East as well. Dallas has been slipping since trading for Kyrie Irving, and is now projected to miss the playoffs altogether. Here are my full current rankings and playoff picks:
