Houston is a #1 seed once again, slipping ahead of UCLA to grab the final slot. 4 of the top 8 overall seeds are from the Big 12, which is incredible for a conference, and North Carolina, last season's runner-up, jumped back into the bracket after a strong win over Virginia, with Oklahoma State falling out after picking up its 14th loss of the season.
