In the past few weeks, the Sacramento Kings went from out of the playoff picture to a top 10 team that is projected as the #4 seed in the West, and Boston went from a slightly disappointing start to the best record in the league. Toronto and Dallas have cooled off considerably, but both still find themselves in the middle of the playoff pack thanks to hot starts. Here are my full current rankings and playoff picks:
