NBA MVP Rankings - 19 Nov

It's one month into the NBA season, and only a couple of teams have separated themselves from the pack, Boston and Milwaukee in the East, which has put their start players in the top spots in my first MVP rankings of the season. Nikola Jokic, who has won the award twice in a row, will likely not win it a third time, because it generally takes something astounding to convince voters to pick the same player three times in a row, but he still makes the list, though much lower than usual. Here are my current MVP rankings:
