Two weeks into the season, there is only one undefeated team remaining in the NBA, and it happens to be the defending champions, who are led by the reigning MVP. There is no doubt that the Warriors belong in the top spot, but it takes a little more work to rank the others. Here are my full rankings through 2 weeks:
