College Football Rankings - 29 Nov

I put Oklahoma in as my #1 team two weeks ago, and they have not disappointed me, especially this week, when they went on the road and took out their biggest rival, Oklahoma State, 58-23, winning the Big 12 and assuring themselves a spot in this season's playoff. Here are my full rankings for this week:

Playoff Picks

The Oklahoma Sooners have finished their regular season and won the Big 12, so I don't see any way that they will be left out after just one close loss in their only down game of the year.

Alabama will also be an easy pick for the committee after they destroy Florida to win the SEC, leaving them with only a loss to Ole Miss, which was also in a close game early in the year.

Clemson struggled a bit against South Carolina, but they still won, and I think they will still beat North Carolina in the ACC title game to finish as the only undefeated team in the land, just like Florida State's team last season.

I see the 4th spot going to the Big 10 champ, which I believe will be Michigan State, who will take out Iowa, the most overrated undefeated team in history, to clinch their spot in the playoff.

Stanford will beat USC to win the Pac 12, but it won't be enough for the Cardinal without Alabama going down to Florida, because a North Carolina win over Clemson would probably get the Tar Heels into the #4 spot.

Ohio State will be the best team not to play for the title this year, but they lost at the wrong time, keeping them out of the conference title game, which would have given them one more chance to make a good impression.
