New England's win over Buffalo on Monday night had a huge impact on the playoff projections, with New England taking over the #1 seed in the AFC from Tennessee as a result of the win, and Buffalo dropping clear down to the final wild card spot after the loss. There were a couple of weird moves in the seeding as well, with Indianapolis falling out of a wild card spot even after a 31-0 victory, due to the Chargers jumping back in to the Wild Card spot after beating Cincinnati 41-22. Cincinnati, meanwhile, moved up to the #4 seed despite that loss, because Baltimore also lost, dropping them into a projected tie with the Bengals, who currently hold the tiebreaker between the two.
