The top teams finally started to act like it this week, with Buffalo, Tampa Bay, and Dallas all putting up strong performances during the holiday weekend. New Orleans and the Chargers, both of which were just on the inside on the playoff picture last week, fell out this week after embarrassing losses, clearing the way for Miami and Philadelphia to position themselves on the right side of the line.
