NFL Preseason Rankings

The NFC East was terrible last season, and was the butt of a lot of jokes, but most of the teams showed a lot of improvement toward the end of the season, and with both Dak Prescott and Saquon Barkley back healthy this year, it could end up being one of the better divisions this year. I took each team's late-season rating from last year and made adjustments for roster changes, injury comebacks, etc, to come up with my preseason rankings, and here they are:
