Tampa Bay turned in a dominant performance against Green Bay on Sunday, knocking off the previously undefeated Packers after scoring 38 unanswered points to finish the game, and it was enough to move them up to the top spot in this week's rankings, a familiar spot for their QB. Arizona and Miami moved up to the 7 seeds this week after continuing to outplay expectations, and the Cowboys still project to win the NFC East with a 6-10 record.
