College Football Rankings - 16 Sep

Alabama is far and away the best team in the country, with Penn State still at #2, but there are a few new teams in the top 10 this week. Ohio State looked great in their first two games, but both were against substandard opponents, but after a huge road win against TCU, they finally made their move up to #4. LSU and Miami both had road wins over good teams yesterday as well, which helped both move up just inside the top 10. Here are my full weekly rankings, with projected conference champs in bold:
