NBA Rankings - 17 Feb

The Cleveland Cavaliers were almost the hottest team of the week after changing up half of their roster at the trade deadline, but the New Orleans Pelicans were even better, winning all 3 of their games this week by double digits behind an average of 41 points and 14 rebounds per game from Anthony Davis.
