So far, so good for Nikola Jokic, whose Denver Nuggets haven't fallen off at all since losing Jamal Murray for the season, thanks to continued phenomenal play from the big man. A few players who have missed a lot of time or whose teams have failed to move up into playoff contention have dropped this week, paving the way for several players who have their teams outplaying expectations.
