The Dallas Mavericks were the hottest team over the last 2 weeks, despite losing a game to Houston, because they beat both Utah and Milwaukee, along with 4 other road wins, in that time. Oklahoma City, meanwhile, has completely fallen apart, beating only Toronto in the last 2 weeks, and the Raptors are also in a freefall at this point. The West is once again asserting its dominance over the East, boasting the top 4 teams in the league right now, and that's with the defending champs struggling.
