NCAA Basketball Rankings - 15 Feb

For a few weeks, many experts are saying that Baylor deserves to be ranked #1 instead of Gonzaga, based on a stronger conference schedule and similar undefeated records. The Bulldogs, while not playing in a super tough conference, have obliterated every opponent in their path, including a win in their toughest conference game this week, when they knocked off BYU by 11 in Provo, avenging their most recent loss, which came 51 weeks ago against the same Cougars on the road. Gonzaga has also defeated Kansas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Iowa this year, so it's not like their schedule has been easy, and the Mountaineers were the only team to get within 10 points of Gonzaga so far this year.
