The Utah Jazz widened their lead over the rest of the league over the past 2 weeks, and they are now projected to finish the season 9 games ahead of the next-best team. The hottest team lately has been Washington, who has won 6 of 7, including wins over the Lakers, Blazers, Celtics, and two against the Nuggets. The Lakers are heading in the other direction, winning only 2 of their last 7, one of which was against Minnesota, the worst team in the league, though they will probably see a nice boost once Anthony Davis is healthy again.
