The first week of the NFL season is in the books, and most of the teams performed pretty much as expected, but there were a few surprises. Two of the biggest upsets of the weekend came from the Washington Football Team, who scored 27 straight to knock off the Eagles, and the Arizona Cardinals, who played a back-and-forth game with the defending NFC champion 49ers before pulling ahead at the end. Baltimore picked up where they left off at the end of the regular season last year, and their demolition of the Browns moved them up to the #1 spot, just ahead of the defending champs, who did nothing wrong but didn't destroy the Texans like they could have.
