The Boston Celtics are currently leading the league with a 10-1 record, and they did not lose this week, which gives them 10 wins in a row, but their last couple of wins were a little underwhelming, which caused them to drop 2 spots to #5 in this week's rankings. Milwaukee remains at the top after an undefeated week of their own, while the Rockets' 4 straight wins helped them jump into the top 10 and up to the 5th seed in the West.
