NCAA Football Rankings - 17 Nov
There are only 2 more weeks left in the regular season, followed by championship week, and we are left with only 3 undefeated teams after the final two lower-ranked ones fell off yesterday. Those 3 should finish unblemished, making them easy choices for the playoff, but the final spot will once again be a point of contention, with Utah and Alabama each finishing with one loss. In this scenario, the Utes would be conference champs, but the Tide have the better loss and pretty even overall schedules. There is also a chance that Oklahoma is a 1-loss conference champ at the same time, which is all the more reason to expand the playoff ASAP. Here are my full current rankings, with projected conference champs in bold, runners-up underlined, and playoff teams in red:
