It was an interesting week in college basketball, with nearly every top team going down at some point, which is why there are still no teams that I am moving up to Definitely In status this week. Kentucky came very close this week, and would have been in with a win over Kansas, but they'll probably need to wait just one more week. The same goes for Gonzaga, which hasn't lost and quite possibly won't, but plays in a pretty weak conference. Here is my current breakdown of tournament probability by conference, with odds of winning upcoming games in parentheses, and teams that moved up or down in italics:

NBA All-Star Picks - 2017
The NBA All-Star rosters have been announced, and for the most part the selections were very good, but there were still several snubs that have earned the right to be named an All-Star, as well as a couple of bench players who deserve to be starting. Here are my picks for this season's All-Star teams:
East
Starters
F - Giannis Antetokounmpo - MIL
F - LeBron James - CLE
F - Jimmy Butler - CHI
G - DeMar DeRozan - TOR
G - John Wall - WAS
Bench
F - Carmelo Anthony - NYK
F - Jabari Parker - MIL
F - Kevin Love - CLE
G - Kyle Lowry - TOR
G - Isaiah Thomas - BOS
G - Kemba Walker - CHA
G - Kyrie Irving - CLE
The only change I would make to the East starters is John Wall starting at point guard over Kyrie Irving. I would take Carmelo Anthony over Paul George on the bench, and Jabari Parker over Paul Millsap, although the margin between those two is razor-thin, so I don't have a major problem with Millsap's selection. The six guards selected for the East are perfect other than the switch at starter.
West
Starters
F - Kevin Durant - GSW
C - DeMarcus Cousins - SAC
C - Anthony Davis - NOP
G - Russell Westbrook - OKC
G - James Harden - HOU
Bench
F - Karl-Anthony Towns - MIN
F - Kawhi Leonard - SAS
C - Marc Gasol - MEM
G - Stephen Curry - GSW
G - Damian Lillard - POR
G - CJ McCollum - POR
G - Eric Bledsoe - PHX
The biggest snub on either All-Star team is Russell Westbrook being relegated to the bench, despite being the best player in the entire league. He should replace Steph Curry in the starting lineup, and DeMarcus Cousins should be starting over Kawhi Leonard, as he is the best center in the league. Karl-Anthony Towns is the best player not to be selected at all, and should be the first man off the bench for the West, replacing Draymond Green. Damian Lillard should also be a part of the team, replacing Klay Thompson, another Warrior who only made it due to the success of his team. DeAndre Jordan should have been left off the team, especially since the West already has 3 better centers on the roster, and should have been replaced by CJ McCollum, who is very deserving of a roster spot, like his backcourt teammate. Eric Bledsoe has been slightly better than Gordon Hayward so far this season, but it is not a major issue, as the team is slightly light at forward anyway.

College Basketball Tourney Watch - 24 Jan
There are 7 weeks remaining until Selection Sunday, so I've gone through each conference and determined the chances of each team making it into the tournament field as an at-large selection this March. I am currently breaking teams down into 4 levels: Probably In, Solid Chance, Good Chance, and Still a Chance. As we get closer to March, I will add a Definitely In level, but no team is quite there yet. Any conference not shown here is likely to have only one representative in March. College Basketball Rankings - 23 Jan
This was a good week for Wildcats. Kentucky took over the top spot with West Virginia's struggles this week, most notably their home loss to Oklahoma, one of the worst teams in the Big 12. Meanwhile, Arizona had a huge road victory over UCLA, who had been the top team in the Pac 12 entering the game. Here are my full current rankings, with projected conference champs in bold, at-large teams underlined, and teams whose in/out status changed this week in italics:
