The top 4 contenders in the MVP rankings remained in the same spots since my last update in January, but the healthy return of Victor Wembanyama caused him to surge from outside the top 10 into the top 5, as the big man has the Spurs just 2.5 games behind Oklahoma City for the league's best record with just over a month to go in the regular season.
