NBA Rankings - 12 Feb

The Boston Celtics won 9 of their last 10 games, moving them up 5 spots in my rankings and out of the play-in in the standings, making them the hottest team of the past 3 weeks. After overtaking the Warriors for the top spot last time, Phoenix gave themselves some breathing room with a 10-1 record since that point, and Miami took over the top spot in the East from upstart Cleveland. The Nets lost all 10 of their games since the last rankings, dropping them 5 spots and leaving them close to missing the playoff completely. Here are my full current rankings and playoff picks:
