NBA Rankings - 12 Nov

Now that a couple of weeks have passed, I am finally ready to release my first rankings of the regular season in the NBA. There are not many huge surprises among the top 10, with Atlanta starting a little better than expected out East, and Houston and the Lakers on fire out West, but most of my top-ranked preseason teams have lived up to the billing so far.
