Every team fighting for the final #1 seed lost this week, which resulted in UConn maintaining their fragile hold on that spot. Ohio State edged into the field after upsetting Wisconsin, with San Diego State departing after losing to Grand Canyon and Colorado State, while USC nearly fell out after losing to Oregon, but held on to the very last spot in the field, leaving the Big 10 with 3 of the final four teams in the bracket.
