NCAA Bracket Prediction - 20 Feb

Indiana State, the alma mater of Larry Bird, lost twice in the last week, which cost them their conference lead and nearly dropped them out of the tournament field, while allowing Drake to make the field as an automatic qualifier, instead of sitting on the bubble where they had been. Butler and Utah both fell from the field after recent losses, clearing the way for Cincinnati to slip into the final slot.
