NCAA Bracket Prediction - 18 Feb

The final #1 seed switched hands again, going back to the Houston Cougars after a loss from Arizona. Oregon and Utah State dropped from the bracket this week, giving up their spots to Pittsburgh and Mississippi State, and several conference leaders in the lower section of the bracket have changed as well. Here is my full current bracket, with rising teams in green, falling teams in red, new teams in italics, and conference champs in bold:
