NCAA Bracket Prediction - 9 Feb

By losing 2 games this week, the Duke Blue Devils dropped out of the 1-seed, giving Xavier the chance to take the final #1 spot, which would give 2 of the coveted top spots to the Big East Conference. Providence, also from the Big East, joined the bracket this week, knocking out conference rival Marquette after they beat them in real life. Here is my full current bracket, with projected conference champs in bold, teams new to the bracket in italics, teams rising in green, and teams falling in red:
