NCAA Bracket Prediction - 16 Feb

There are 6 teams new to the bracket this week, 4 of them new conference leaders jumping in as #16 seeds, with two others, Baylor and St. Bonaventure, joining as at-large teams. USC and Boise State dropped out of this week's bracket, but they are the first two teams on the outside looking in, so it's not catastrophic for either one.
