NCAA Football Rankings - 15 Oct

Michigan was dominant once again this weekend, but they have yet to play a good opponent, and as a result they slipped to #2 this week behind the inactive Oklahoma Sooners, who are projected to finish as the only undefeated team this season. North Carolina and Notre Dame both moved into the top 10, replacing Wisconsin, who was defeated, and Alabama, who barely slipped by Arkansas. James Madison and Liberty joined the top 25, bringing the number of non-power conference teams to 3. Here are my full current rankings, with projected conference champs in bold, runners-up underlined, and playoff teams in red:
