NCAA Football Rankings - 20 Oct

There were some surprises in the world of college football yesterday, with the largest coming from the Big Ten, where a terrible Illinois team was able to kick a game-winning field goal to take down Wisconsin, who had been a serious playoff contender coming into the game, and now needs a lot of help from other teams to have a chance. LSU continues to look great, but they are still the first team out in my playoff projection because they have to face Alabama on the road, which will prevent them from winning the SEC, and Oklahoma is projected to lose only once while winning the Big 12, so the Sooners narrowly hold on to the final spot for now. Here are my full current rankings, with projected conference champs in bold, runners-up underlined, and playoff teams in red:
