NCAA Bracket Prediction - 17 Jan

Home losses by Duke and Texas Tech this week were not enough to drop them down a seed line, but the Blue Devils are no longer the overall #1 seed, ceding that honor to conference foe Virginia, and the Red Raiders are now the final #2 seed. The only change among at-large teams was Clemson replacing Minnesota. There were 4 changes among projected small conference champs, which caused some minor shifts among the lower seeds as well. Here is my full current bracket, with new teams in italics, projected conference champs in bold, rising teams in green, and falling teams in red:
