NCAA Bracket Prediction - 30 Dec

With college football season wrapping up soon, it's time to start paying a little more attention to college basketball. I have collected all of the tools that the committee uses to determine which teams will play in March, and applied their process to the extent possible to predict who they will be choosing. I plan to do an update about once a week for the next couple months, then I will probably update more frequently the closer we get to the tourney.
