College Football Preseason Rankings - 2018

It's finally time! Football is back! I took my final team rankings from last year to serve as the basis of this year's preseason rankings, then adjusted each team's rating based on roster changes since the end of last season. I then plugged each team's rating into their schedule for the season to come up with projected records and conference champs, which are in bold below:
