NBA Rankings - 13 Feb

The Charlotte Hornets were projected to miss the playoffs a week ago, stuck at 9th place in the East, but with a 3-0 record this week they vaulted into a projected #6 finish in the East, with a 22-point road win over Indiana doing the bulk of the damage. There is only projected to be a 4-game difference between the 4-seed, which earns home court in the first round, and #9, which will sit out come playoff time, so anything could happen in the last 2 months of the season.
