College Football Rankings - Final

Another season has come to an end, and the Alabama Crimson Tide have won yet another title. Beating Michigan State and Clemson helped earn the Tide the #1 ranking at season's end, while many other SEC teams also made big moves as a result of a great bowl season for the conference. The other conference that made a strong move during the postseason was the Pac 12, which saw several teams perform better than expected, which got 5 conference teams into the top 25.
