NCAA Football Rankings - 5 Oct

We are finally far enough into the season that I am ready to release my first college football rankings of the season, and there are definitely some surprises here. Notre Dame sits at the top, despite having 2 losses already, but those two losses came by a total of 4 points against two other top 5 teams, and each of their 3 wins has been completely dominant. Unlike most teams, the Irish schedule was front-loaded, with all of their tough opponents coming in the first month of the season, which means that they will likely cruise through the remainder of the season without another loss, while every other team in the nation is projected to lose at least once more this year. Texas Tech has been completely dominant so far, winning all 5 of their games by at least 24 points, including a road win over Utah, who currently sits at #13. Here are my full current rankings:
