NCAA Bracket Prediction - 2 Mar

Houston is a #1 seed once again, slipping ahead of UCLA to grab the final slot. 4 of the top 8 overall seeds are from the Big 12, which is incredible for a conference, and North Carolina, last season's runner-up, jumped back into the bracket after a strong win over Virginia, with Oklahoma State falling out after picking up its 14th loss of the season. Here is my current bracket, with rising teams in green, falling teams in red, new teams in italics, and conference champs in bold:
