NBA Rankings - 2 Jan

The NBA season is nearly 2 weeks old, and most teams have played 5 or 6 games, and while some teams have played as well as expected, like the Lakers, Clippers, and Nets, there have been many surprises in both directions. Miami and Toronto have been pretty disappointing so far, while, Cleveland, Atlanta, and Phoenix have exceeded expectations by far, the Suns by enough that they are the #1 team in my first rankings of the regular season, as they lead the entire league in scoring defense and win percentage, and are in the top 5 in point differential while playing an above average schedule so far.
