West Virginia's loss to Texas Tech dropped them from the 1-seed they just reached last week, handing the spot right back to Duke. 3 new at-large teams jumped in this week, with Texas Tech, Cincinnati, and Mississippi State knocking out Xavier, Georgetown, and NC State.
