NCAA Bracket Prediction - 22 Feb

Since it is now less than a month until the tournament begins, I'm doing a bonus bracket prediction this week. The top 3 seed lines all remained the same since Monday, but the top overall seed shifted from Duke to Virginia after the Blue Devils' loss to North Carolina. Utah State and Saint Mary's, both from mid-major conferences, joined the bracket today, knocking out Seton Hall and Alabama from power conferences. Here is my full current bracket, with projected conference champs in bold, new teams in italics, rising teams in green, and falling teams in red:
