College Football Rankings - 1 Oct

The top 6 teams in this week's rankings are all projected to finish as conference champions, but as we all know, only 4 teams are selected to participate in the college football playoff, meaning that 2 deserving conference champs are going to be left out. It's obvious that UCF would be left out, even if they finish undefeated, because they don't represent a Power 5 conference, but one Power 5 champ is going to be left out as well. Alabama is pretty safe as the SEC champ, especially since they are projected to finish without a loss, and the defending champs at Clemson should make it as well. I believe the final 2 spots would probably go to TCU and Washington, because the committee is still made up of humans, and seeing the number 2 in Ohio State's loss column would most likely scare them away.
