There hasn't been a dominant team so far in college football, and a ton of teams are still undefeated, including the 2-time defending champs, but even they haven't looked like their usual selves, despite a 4-0 start to the season. The Power 5 conferences are all represented in the top 10, while only 1 non-Power 5 team even appears in the top 25 this week.
