NBA Rankings - 18 Nov

The top 2 NBA teams faced off in Boston a couple days ago, with the Celtics taking down the defending champs to win their 14th game in a row, but the result of that game wasn't enough to help them dethrone the Warriors, since it was a close win at home, and the Warriors overall strength of schedule has been much tougher, and their adjusted margin of victory is also larger. Cleveland also started to move up, with a 4-0 record on the week, and while they only moved up 2 notches in the rankings, they moved up 2.5 points, which would be enough to move them up 6 spots next week if repeated.
