College Football Rankings - 16 Oct

This week two new teams climbed into the top 10, each of which has not seen the top 10 for as long as I have been calculating these rankings. Colorado moved up with a blowout of Arizona State that put them in a strong position in the Pac 12 South. Western Michigan moved up with a road blowout of Akron, one of their strongest conference opponents, who they shut out 41-0. Here are this week's full rankings:
