College Football Rankings - 30 Nov

Alabama rose back up to #1 this week after beating rival Auburn in a shootout last night, completing a great regular season at 11-1, with the only loss coming by 6 points on the road against the team currently at #5 in my rankings. The Crimson Tide will be the favorite to return the NCAA title to the state of Alabama this year, but it is not a runaway like last year with FSU. Here are this week's full rankings:

There is a new #2 this week, and they are not from the SEC. TCU moved up based on a blowout of rival Texas on the road, and improved to 10-1, with the only loss so far coming at Baylor by 3 points. The Horned Frogs' schedule is nowhere near as tough as Bama's, but their 24-point average margin of victory is one of the best in the country.

Boise State made their way into the top 10 for the first time since Kellen Moore graduated after destroying Utah State in their regular season finale. The Aggies were their biggest obstacle in a game that would decide which team would win the MWC Mountain division, and the Broncos showed that they are again the class of the conference.
